Display GEO and IMAGE data for subscribed calendars

E.g. in the Day View, there can be a link, opening the GEO data in a libchamplain dialog, or if libchamplain is not compiled in, open the browser with openstreetmap-url.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
