When toggled off / hidden, dynamically show the statusbar through a GtkRevealer when there is activity
On my desktop computer, I toggled off the status bar in the View>Layout menu, because my desktop computer has a very stable network connection (well, it's wired). On my laptop however, I've encountered too many situations in the past where evolution was having trouble with slow/unreliable connections and had many operations pending in its statusbar, so I can't really hide it 100% of the time for that reason... yet I would welcome the vertical space savings.
So... short of making this the default, maybe Evolution could show the statusbar contents "when there is activity" through a https://developer.gnome.org/gtk3/stable/GtkRevealer.html ?
