Composer: Option to prefer local datetime in reply credits
The sender's datetime is used in the reply credits line:

For mail viewer, if the option Show original header value
is checked, it should show that value in parentheses and not make the header value primary and the local value secondary.
There is a dconf setting composer-reply-credits-utc-to-localtime
which converts UTC to my localtime, what I would want is something like composer-reply-credits-to-localtime
so it is converted for all TZs, and then the UTC specific key would be redundant.
Note: My composer-message-attribution is set to:
