Scale embedded images in HTML messages to respect viewport
I’m not sure if this is the proper place, but I do think the issue I’m having has to do with Outlook not providing image width on inlined images because there is a standard of scaling them down to viewwindow width.
Is there a way to provide a default image width for unstyled images in HTML emails? When people embed images HTML emails they often come in so large that I can only see a portion of the image without downloading and reopening it. It seems that others (Outlook users in my office) are not bothered by this because their email reader (Outlook) applies a default width to render the entire image within the width of the message window.
