prefer-plain: 'related' under 'alternative' shows 'html' part
Observed behavior:
When opening a multipart/alternative
consisting of a text/plain
and a multipart/related
part, itself containing a text/html
part, both the text/plain
part and the text/html
part are being rendered, despite being configured not to render HTML by default.
Expected behavior:
Only the text/plain
part is rendered, the multipart/related
part is suppressed unless HTML is allowed in the preferences or explicitly requested for that particular mail.
How to reproduce:
Go to the HTML messages preferences. Enable "Show suppressed HTML parts as attachments" and set HTML mode to "Only ever show plain text". Open a mail consisting of the parts mentioned above and scroll down if necessary.
Observed in the following versions:
Evolution 3.46.0
(compiled from source), Debian Package evolution
, version 3.46.0-2
and older.
