Composer: Consider only accounts, which can send messages
I have two IMAP e-mail accounts registered in Evolution (private and work). Both accounts use the always BCC to self feature so that my own outgoing messages arrive in INBOX.
I have noticed that when I reply to a message in my work account's INBOX that I authored myself (and was BCC-ed to myself), the composer window defaults to the private e-mail identity. This does not happen if I reply to a message that someone else sent to me.
A typical use case for triggering the issue goes something like this:
First, I send an e-mail like the following:
From: tore@work
To: someone@else
Bcc: tore@work
Subject: here's the file you asked for
Blah blah
This message then appears in my own INBOX due to BCC-to-self. Then I realise I forgot to add the attachment, and hit reply when the message is selected. The compose window now shows up with the following presets:
From: tore@private
To: someone@else
Bcc: tore@private
Subject: Re: here's the file you asked for

In my opionion, Evolution should have chosen tore@work
for From and Bcc here. There is no reason the private account should get involved at all. If I forgot to manually change the identity, I end up accidentally sending work mails from my private account, which seems unprofessional.
I believe this issue appeared sometime throughout the lifetime of Fedora 34, as I have only begun noticing it relatively recently.
