ETable: Ignore Shift+Click in the table header area
Transfer of bugzilla #498322: issue is still valid exactly as described. Initial description:
Imagine you're trying to select a range of emails from somewhere down the list up to the very top one in the list. You select the lower email, hold shift, then click on the top mail in the list.
When doing this it's very easy to miss the top mail in the list and hit a column header instead. This reorganizes the list of mails according to that header. This messes up your list, and in a big folder, can take some time.
I can't think of any situation in which I'd actually intentionally click a column header while holding shift. The only situation I can see it happening is when the user is trying to select a range of mails. Therefore I think it'd improve usability if clicking on a column header while the shift key is being held did nothing.
