Contacts: Allow to use local app for "open-map:" URIs

We have a nice native local Maps application, so if it is installed on the user's system (whether on the system or through flatpak), in an ideal world Evolution should autodetect that and launch it with the search query when clicking the "Open map" hyperlink in a contact's physical address?

Looking at "gnome-maps --help" I didn't see a parameter to pass an address to it though, or maybe there is some DBus interface? Maybe @mlundblad would have some advice on how best to achieve this.

Ideally it could display the single search result directly (if there is only one; otherwise, I guess it'll need a way to offer a choice to the user).
