Wrong UTC time for Asia/Kolkata in Evolution ToDo/Calendar

Looks like Asia/Kolkata timezone in Evolution is using Calcutta Time - UTC+5:21:14, which was abandoned in favor of Indian Standard Time (UTC+5:30) in 1948.

It works correctly everywhere else:

This causes wrong timestamps to show up under To Do pane and Calendar view.

Using Evolution v3.38.4 (by Flathub.org) on fully updated Fedora 33 (GNOME/Xorg)
