Receives latest improvements and fixes some compiler warnings from
the enum-generated code.

It doesn't make sense to ask the server for existing sources, the less
the user for credentials to login to the server, when all the related
parts are disabled.

Related to evolution-data-server#286

The notification's SoupSession should use the same proxy as
the connection object, to be able to connect the same way as
the connection itself.

It helps with reproducible builds, by not including the source path
in the public header files.

The compile-time settings had been used in the background, but they
were not visible in the GUI, only as part of the tooltip on respective
widgets and it might not be clear that the values can be left (visually)
empty. The only downside is that the values will be stored in the memory
and in the files, but it might not be a big deal.

A simple configuration file that specifies the used spacing details.

Let is be a read-only property, to have users a chance to access
the URL easily. It's copied only if the 'URL' does not exist
in the component yet.

To match the order shown in the Azure portal and to express that
the Application ID is more important than the Tenant ID (which
can be left empty in some cases).

This commit also changes the label of the 'Tenant' to be 'Tenant ID'.

The foreign and public folders cannot be used for change notifications,
due to the server returning and error "A subscription can only be established
on a single public folder or on folders from a single mailbox.", thus, rather
than not having any change notifications, do listen on user folders only.
The mail part did that already, only address book and calendar parts
did not do it.
