evolution-alarm-notify: Allow to adjust to small screen size

Guido Günther requested to merge guidog/evolution-data-server:small-width into master

This allows the reminder window to fit smaller screen sizes (like on phone) by making the box containing the buttons a vertical one in that case (keeping it horizontal for wider windows). I also added some padding.
