Restarting evolution-source-registry re-enables user-disabled CalDAV accounts

This issue was forked from #221. It might be a duplicate of #192 (closed), but that issue was closed, yet I still see this behaviour with Evolution 3.36.2.

I have created a CalDAV collection account. Because some of the exported calendars do not work and cause annoying error messages (cf. issue #221), I went to Edit → Accounts and disabled the problematic calendar accounts by removing the check-mark to the left of them in the accounts tree hierarchy.

If I now close Evolution and issue systemctl --user restart evolution-source-registry.service (or simply reboot my machine), the accounts I disabled previously has been re-enabled.
