Expose an AtkObject attribute to distinguish data tables from layout tables

Description
GNOME assistive technologies expect all tables to be exposed to them as tables, but they also have a need to distinguish data tables from layout tables in order to provide the most suitable interaction to the end user.
The way that both Gecko and WebKitGTK have approached this problem is via an AtkObject attribute "layout-guess". When a table has heuristically been judged to be for layout purposes only, they set "layout-guess" to True. Unless and until we modify AtkTable to explicitly handle this scenario, Evince should follow their lead.
