pdf backend: strip newline from poppler index items

Open Nelson Ben requested to merge fix_outline_entry_remove_nl into main

We found a file in the wild which by mistake left some newline at the end of some poppler index items (Outline entries in Evince UI), those newlines are not shown in Firefox or Adobe readers, we should do the same and strip them.

Fixes #1911
