Show containing folder for native files only

Previously, Evince tried to open containing folder even for documents from remote URIs. This resulted in error shown by Nautilus that the location can not be displayed.

This change checks whether current document is a native file when enabling the action.

I've tested this also with fuse-zip and it correctly opens the mounted folder.
