Resolve "Shortcuts in presentation mode do not work with NUM lock"

Germán Poo-Caamaño requested to merge gpoo/evince:821-shortcuts-presentation-mode-with-num-lock into master

Propagate only if 'event->state == 0' as implemented in commit bed036ac breaks the key handling when NUM lock is active.
