PageDown key binding to sidebar list

Description
In Evince under Ubuntu 16.04 (with Unity), the PageDown key works in a very unituitive way. In a PDF reader application, I think the PageDown and PageUp keys should always be bound to the main pane, and not the side bar.
- Open a PDF with Index links ('contents'/'bookmarks')
- Open the sidebar and click on a section heading
- Start reading.
- Press PageDown
The result is that the document skips ahead many pages, because the PageDown key is bound to the sidebar navigation TreeView, so the view skips forward perhaps 20 headings and shows a page far further down in the document. In reality, I only wanted to see the next page.
PageDown and PageUp should be bound such that the TreeView never catches these keystrokes. Perhaps an alternative keystroke can be assigned to the TreeView if really necessary for particular users. However, I am quite sure that most people will find this behaviour strange/annoying (one has to click the main pane in order for pageup/pagedown navigation to work as expected).
