Print preview rendering and page orientation/margins

Submitted by Sven Arvidsson

Link to original bug (#526581)

Description

[ From http://bugs.debian.org/462579 by Andrey ]

"Whether I choose landscape or inverted landscape in printing parameters dialog, I get the same picture in the print preview window. The page is always top-aligned there. In case of inverted landscape it should be bottom-aligned.

Also, print preview gives no hint of page margin values. This is incorrect and extremely confusing, and should be fixed."
