dual page mode should be default in presentation view

Description
If the document is in "portrait" and the screen in "lanscape", the presentation mode should display the document in dual page mode in order to look like a physical document.
If the document is in portrait, It's likely that it's not a presentation, but rather a document using physical documents format.
