[flatpak] File chooser does not display bookmarks

When running the latest Evince from flatpak, the open/save file chooser dialogs don't display my bookmarked folders. This can be fixed by using GtkFileChooserNative instead of GtkFileChooserDialog as in the referenced pull request.
