Cannot handle some fields in PDF forms.

Hi, There is a PDF form to Tax Office in The Netherlands which is not being handled properly. The file is available at https://www.belastingdienst.nl/wps/wcm/connect/bldcontentnl/themaoverstijgend/programmas_en_formulieren/aangifte-melding-opgaaf-bpm - the first link, titled Aangifte/melding/opgaaf bpm (pdf - 427kB). I have attached the file for reference as well.

Problem appears at the 2nd field, named "Documentkenmerk (Laatste 7 posities van het VIN)" - I am unable to fill the field.

I am using evince 3.30.2-2 on Debian unstable.
