Feature request: search bookmark
Hi!
If some bookmark need to be edited so to change its name, labels, whatever, it can be difficult to find it, especially if the user has a very long list of bookmarks.
In fact, since the bookmark popover menu close to the hamburger menu doesn't provide a search entry, the easiest way now is: to load the page for which the user wants to change the bookmark, and then click on the star-icon on the right of the address bar.
It would be nice to have some easier and more practical way of finding the bookmark that the user wants to edit.
I have not a particular idea on how to provide such feature.
- The search entry in the bookmark popover menu might be a solution, but it somewhat doubles the entry-text-field.
- Ordering the bookmarks in alphabetical order might help but it's not a proper solution. Especially because users might not give too much care on the complete name of their bookmarks. It's not like a phonebook, where the names of each item in the list has a very strong bond with the item itself. Webpage/bookmark names are "vague" and have only a mild bond to the webpage, I believe.
I can't think at any other useful idea right now. I'd like to understand with you if you consider this something that's worth to investigate.
