Created web applications cannot be deleted from Epiphany

Description
Steps to Reproduce
- Browse any website.
- Open the menu and choose “Install Site as Web Application”.
Expected Outcome
There is a way to delete the Web application in Epiphany or from the Web application itself.
Actual Outcome
There is no discoverable UI option to delete the Web application.

Yes, I am aware of “about:applications” — it is not discoverable.

Yes, I am aware that GNOME Software lists Web applications — many people do not install it or choose to not use it. Additionally:

It is far from obvious that something created from Epiphany cannot be deleted from Epiphany as well.

It's not obvious that something created from Epiphany will appear only somewhere else (GNOME Software).
