Make clear button only remove urls matching search results

If there is a search yielding results, the clear button will only delete the results. Otherwise, it will still delete all history items.

I'm not sure if the wording of the button/dialog/tooltip should be changed. I tweaked them a little bit, but I don't really like what I came up with. What do you think?
