Confirm/Close dialog could use some polish

This is the dialog used for any confirm/close dialogs in Epiphany, i.e. when the close button is pressed when there are ongoing downloads or an unsubmitted form. It looks like the margins could be cleaned up a bit here, and the close button could probably use a destructive style class. The buttons also do not likely need to be homogeneous, as it looks pretty crazy on the downloads example.
