Bookmark import should drop duplicate bookmarks

Actually the way Epiphany handles Bookmarks look pretty well done and so much intuitive! Thanks for your great work :)

I noticed a few thing, that maybe could discussed as improvements.

When i import my bookmarks from Firefox, it's still possible to add them a second time. Some of them seems to be added twice under the Tag page. Btw. i used no folders & tags in Firefox. Does Epiphany check, if the same file (without any differences) has been uploaded before or if some of the import Bookmarks are congruent with already existing ones?
