Custom Icons for Web Applications

Description
Created attachment 358606 Web application without icon
Currently Epiphany automatically selects an icon based on the website when you want to create a Web Application. You are not able to select a custom icon yourself like you can with Ice/Chromium. Many websites either have low resolution icons or simply no icons at all. See the attached image to understand what I am talking about.
This is a problem since the created web applications will either be inconsistent with the current icon theme or even invisible in GNOME shell, which obviously ruins usability. It would be nice to be able to change the icon in either about:applications
or when you press the "Install Site as Web Application".
