Back navigation does not update URL

Description
On certain sites the URL in the location bar is not updated when the back button is pressed.
Steps to reproduce:
- Browse to https://github.com/GNOME/epiphany
- Open any link in the source tree, for example the "data" directory. Url changes to https://github.com/GNOME/epiphany/tree/master/data
- Press back button.
Result: Url will not change back to https://github.com/GNOME/epiphany
