DRM support for Epiphany (GNOME Web)
(Title is for SEO; I have searched Google and here but couldn't find anything!)
Hello, I think supporting DRM is very much more important than extensions, it is possible to use a web browser without any extension, but nowadays without supporting DRM, Linux users can't replace major web browsers with Epiphany (GNOME Web) completely, currently Firefox is the only free and open-source web browser that supports DRM very good and easy-to-enable (not default), all others are proprietary (although they are based on free and open-source Chromium), and all of them are using Widevine by Google to provide Content Decryption Module (CDM), its website says:
Widevine is free to use by content providers and as such does not charge any fees for license generation or device integration.
so why not support Widevine?!
