Exiting Empathy should also kill Mission Control

Description
When I start Empathy, it activates a process called mission-control-5, owned by the telepathy-mission-control package. But when I exit Empathy, Mission Control keeps running, and I may continue to receive instant message notifications.
Exiting Empathy should also kill its dependency processes.
My system setup:
- Fedora 23 (64-bit)
- GNOME Shell 3.18.3
- Empathy 3.12.11
- telepathy-mission-control 5.16.3
Version: 3.12.x
