Edit Layer dialog does not accept translations
I believe the "Edit Layer" page does not accept translations.
It has only 2 strings. "Edit Layer" and "Layers name:".
I translated them in my PO file but when I test my mo file, they appeared untranslated. I also tested them on pt_BR and it_IT locales. The results were the same.
