WIP: feat: Dash docsets support

I'm still learning the GLib/GIO/GObject stack, any feedback or comments would be great!

This adds support for Dash docsets using libdocset. Closes #1 (closed)

I'd love to see libdocset to be part of Devhelp as a subproject, or even better to be a GNOME project.
