Capitalized/Non capitalized type names in translations
Capitalized and non capitalized string forms exist for type names, e.g. "Double" / "double". But some of them are same in English:
- "D-Bus handle type"
- "D-Bus object path"
- "D-Bus object path array"
- "D-Bus signature"
As they are same for the both forms, gettext merges it to one translation and a translator can't distinguish them. If translated string doesn't start with "D-Bus" but an other word, it's a problem.
This strings should use a translation context. https://wiki.gnome.org/TranslationProject/DevGuidelines/Translation%20contexts
