icon: update app icon

Jakub Steiner requested to merge wip/jimmac/app-icon-redesign into master

  • GNOME 3.32 redesign of app icons. See GNOME/Initiatives#2 (closed) for more info.

  • No HC icons anymore, symbolics used for this.

  • Don't use fullcolor app icon as a watermark for empty state, fullcolor icons are meant to be activatable.

In the future we should aim at replacing the off style private icons installed into hicolor with private symbolics.
