Set TERM_PROGRAM to kgx

Sebastian Wiesner requested to merge swsnr/console:248-term-program into main

This allows programs to identify kgx which in turn is useful to e.g. run gnome-session-inhibit with the correct app ID to have some long running terminal process block Gnome shutdown/logoff with a nice message.
