A KgxTab specifically for ssh connections (vs a simple tab we detect ssh in), could be used with #23 (closed) to open a session on an sftp host rather than playing with a local fuse

If we expose in UI (which would need designs for how "New Tab" would work) I'd expect us to query avahi for hosts - Would be neat for controlling RPi, L5, etc (though they'd need to export the service)

Relevant:

• GCR offers authentication dialogues, used by nautilus/gvfs for sftp
• libssh2 might avoids messy wrappers around /usr/bin/ssh
