Console crashes when large text containing sudo is inserted

When inserting a large text (>709 lines in my testing) that contains sudo/gksudo/kdesudo Console crashes. After reduzing to line number it doesn't crash anymore, but the popup because of sudo is too big to fit on the screen or be accepted (the buttons are not shown on the screen). This also happens when pasting into vim running in Console.
