Wrong command specified in the desktop file
I did a flatpak install ~/Downloads/org.gnome.Connections.flatpakref
on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, and when I try to launch it from gnome-shell, nothing happens. journalctl shows me
bal. 28 15:09:13 blynas org.gnome.Connections.desktop[786810]: bwrap: execvp connections: No such file or directory
/var/lib/flatpak/exports/share/applications/org.gnome.Connections.desktop has
Exec=/usr/bin/flatpak run --branch=stable --arch=x86_64 --command=connections org.gnome.Connections
which indeed fails to work.
I can run it by doing simply flatpak run org.gnome.Connections
.
Looking inside the flatpak with flatpak run --command=bash org.gnome.Connections
I see that there's an /app/bin/gnome-connections, but no /app/bin/connections. Running /usr/bin/flatpak run --branch=stable --arch=x86_64 --command=gnome-connections org.gnome.Connections
works.
