Stop exposing updates for shell versions >= 3.36
"Live" extension updates don't work properly more often than not; mainly because of the way mozjs caches imports1, but also because trying to re-register GTypes becomes more common as more objects inherit from GObject types.
For 3.36, we'll therefore do gnome-software-style offline updates: gnome-shell checks periodically for updates, downloads them and notifies the user, then applies them on the next login.
It would be good if the website didn't duplicate that functionality in case the user uses an update-supporting gnome-shell version.

if an extension has additional source files,
Me.imports.foo
will still return the original imports, not the updated version↩
