Migrate from Intltool to Gettext

Iñigo Martínez requested to merge inigomartinez/cheese:gettext into master

Recent versions of Gettext are able to translate several formats that are used in GNOME applications.

The use of Intltool in Cheese has been replaced by Gettext.
