Compiling fails when using XeLaTeX

Not sure if this should be reported here.

Here is the error message I get when compiling a LaTeX document using XeLaTeX and Cantarell as a font:

xdvipdfmx:fatal: invalid offsize data

No output PDF file written.

Compiling works with series 0.1xx of the font. Also works with other custom fonts (e.g. Roboto).
