Useless, but cuts down on round tripping noise

ufo2ft up and and including 2.8.0 did not do it for TTFs, but for OTFs.

Normalization was faulty before. Both source and instance locations are in
design space and VariationModel expects normalized locations, so
normalize the design, not user space.

A newer automatism in Glyphs 2.6.1, apparently ok.

The subs and sinf feature can use the same glyphs. Moving the *inferior glyphs down makes it possible to stack *superior glyphs on top.

Would need more work to be included by default.

Use new public.skipExportGlyphs instead of glyphs-level key. Also auto-update ccmp features.
