Can't place call in "recent calls" view because "call" button is greyd out (Calls 45)

postmarketOS is about to merge the new 45 Calls and they asked for testers. I did run tests and everything else looks smooth expect: With this version of Calls I don't have ability to press "Call" button in "Recent Call" view. The icon is greyed and can't be pressed.
