Automatically retrieve OpenPGP-keys via WKD

It would be great if Balsa would retrieve OpenPGP-keys automatically because it would create a better usability for encryption in Balsa. There is a method called Web Key Directories (WKD) to retrieve keys on an easy way. Because the source of these keys are server from email provider the keys also have a basic trust which is also an advantage for users. GnuPG does support that method.
