Meson cleanups

Open Salamandar requested to merge Salamandar/babl:meson_fixes into master
  • use / instead of join_paths
  • remove unnecessary []
  • remove default_options as they are a bad practice
  • remove unnecessary test around get_supported_arguments
  • remove unused defines from config.h
