clarify need for atkmm 2.36
Hi, I recently packaged the glibmm2.68 series for Debian. It's my understanding that it's intended for GTK4 while the older 2.66.x versions are for GTK3.
And that I should keep using the atkmm 2.28.x series for GTK3 for now. See the discussion at gnome-build-meta#509 (closed)
GTK4 no longer uses ATK. So why is there a newer atkmm series? How would it be used?
