	New signal link-selected added.

	* docs/atk-sections.txt: Add atk_hyperlink_is_selected_link

	* docs/tmpl/atkhyperlink.sgml: Add reference to property selected-link
	and function atk_hyperlink_is_selected_link.

	This fixes bug #104621.
