atspi: Update error logs
Closes #7 (closed).
While working on this ticket I saw that different files has mixedcase for AT-SPI in error logs and few were missing the function name. Please let me know if you are only looking to update atspi-misc.c error log and also if this commit and mr follows GNOME guidelines.
