Build tests shouldn't require dbus service to be installed
The memory
build test appear to require the at-spi2-core dbus service to be installed. The tests should be able to use the dbus service files in the build environment.
There is some documentation about how to do this at https://docs.gtk.org/gio/class.TestDBus.html
