	* plugins/project-wizard/templates/*: Added to project and renamed
	Makefile.am and configure.in to Makefile.am and configure.ac respectively
	for the project templates (so that they do not conflict with autotools
	build. Created proper configure.ac.tpl and autogen.sh for project
	templates.
